Sports Injury Rehab
On a weekly basis, we evaluate and in turn provide rehab for athletes, perhaps like you, who have sustained sports injuries.
These athletes may be:
- High school teens of varying abilities
- Recreational athletes
- Weekend warriors
- Masters level competitors
- And so forth…
The diversity of sports in which they are involved is too long to list but include:
- Contact / team sports
- Individual sports involving a racquet, club or stick
- Endurance events
While the injuries sustained can be broadly categorized as traumatic or due to overuse.
Regardless of your age or level of athlete you are or the injury you have sustained we know what question is on your mind!
How Soon Can I To Return To My Sport?
We know this to be true and we can make it happen! (Safely)
Our Clinical Team has an intimate knowledge of several sports, while we have worked with athletes of all ages and abilities including Olympic level athletes.
All our Sports Rehab Programs Involve:
- Pain / Symptom Reduction
- Restoration of ROM and strength
- Biomechanical analysis/ correction (Overuse injuries)
- A Functional Progression Program geared specifically for each athlete and their sport
Regardless of the Sports Injury you have sustained, you can be confident!
Our PTs will enable you to “Return To Play’ sooner than later!
Techniques we use include: Video Analysis, Kenesio taping and the Graston Technique.
