John Dean PT, DPT, MHS, OCS, SCS
John grew up in the suburbs of Dublin, Ireland, while he moved to the U.S. in 1988 and now lives in Okemos. John got first introduced to the Medical /Health Care field after needing to undergo a couple of orthopedic surgeries during his teenage years. He then attended Trinity College Dublin and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. Over the years, he has since earned both a Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree In Physical Therapy and has the distinction of being one of less than 100 PTs in the U.S who is Board Certified in both Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. He is also a Certified Manual Therapist and has earned several other certifications over the years including Personal Training, Wellness, Strength & Conditioning and is also a Graston Technique Practitioner.
In this spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, cycling & also, as a Certified USA Triathlon Coach he works with the MSU Triathlon Team.
