Balance & Fall Prevention Program
The intent of this program is to identify individuals that are at risk of falling & in turn provide them with an individualized program that will improve their balance. In addition, we provide instruction regarding how to implement safety measures in the home, where most falls occur.
Every year, 30-60% of adults fall & the rate increases with age. In addition, a significant percentage of deaths every year, result from injuries relating to falling.
If you, or a family member or a friend would like to schedule an appointment to have your balance & risk of falling assessed, please contact us, to schedule an appointment.
Of note, in conjunction with our balance and fall prevention program, we also have a program that addresses Dizziness & Vestibular Dysfunction (can you arrange it- that by clicking on this – the reader is brought to that page)
